Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the OrbiBrand service and the purchase of credits and subscriptions from RAHOUBI LIMITED ("OrbiBrand", "we"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you accept them.

2. The service

OrbiBrand suggests AI-generated brand names based on your brief, with a rationale, indicative scores and a domain availability check with the registries. A generation’s "guaranteed" names had the required extension available to buy at standard price when checked; availability may change afterwards, and we do not reserve any domain name for you.

OrbiBrand does not provide legal advice. Before adopting a name, check existing trademark rights in your target countries yourself (intellectual property offices); a professional clearance search is recommended.

3. Account

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential.
• An account is personal; the Pro plan lets you invite collaborators into a team workspace.
• We may suspend an account in case of abuse (bypassing limits, fraud, unlawful content).

4. Plans, credits and generations

• Free plan: 2 free generations of 6 names, no card required.
• A paid generation costs 100 credits. The number of names depends on your plan at launch (12 with Starter or purchased credits, 20 with Pro).
• Purchased credits (packs): no commercial expiry date.
• Monthly credits (Starter, Pro): granted with each payment, valid until the end of the period, not carried over.
• If a generation fails or does not reach the promised number of names, no credits are used.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), excluding tax; any tax due for your country is shown before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe; OrbiBrand never receives or stores your card details. An invoice and a receipt are issued for each payment.

6. Subscriptions

• Starter and Pro subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your workspace (Credits and billing): the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, without renewal.
• Upgrade: immediate, with a prorated charge shown before you confirm. Downgrade: at the end of the current period.
• If a payment fails, we let you know; if it is not resolved, your account returns to the Free plan and your projects are kept.

7. Right of withdrawal

The service is digital content supplied immediately. When purchasing, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once performance begins. Our commercial refunds are described in the refund policy.

8. Your content and generated names

You remain the owner of your brief and content. You may freely use the names generated for you, subject to third-party rights. We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use OrbiBrand for an unlawful project, automate access outside the provided API, bypass limits or try to access other people’s data.

10. Liability

We use reasonable means to ensure the quality and availability of the service, without guaranteeing any commercial outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under the law.

11. Changes

We may change these terms; the version in force and its effective date are published on this page. For significant changes, we notify you by email before they take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts.
